Mr. Chen Yihong is our founder, chairman of the board, chief executive officer and executive Director. Mr. Chen is primarily responsible for our overall corporate strategies, planning and business development. Mr. Chen has extensive experience in the sporting goods industry in China. From 1991 to 2005, Mr. Chen was the vice-general manager, general manager and chief executive officer of Beijing Li Ning Sports Goods Co., Ltd. (北京李寧體育用品有限公司) and the executive director of Li Ning Company Limited, a company listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He was also appointed as the vice-chairman of the National Volleyball Association (中國排球協會) in 2002. Mr. Chen obtained an executive master's of business administration degree from Lincoln University in the United States in 2003.
Mr. Qin Dazhong is our chief operating officer and executive Director. Mr. Qin is primarily responsible for operating the business of the Company. Mr. Qin joined Beijing Dongxiang as general manager since October 2002 and has over 13 years of experience in the operation of sportswear companies. From 1997 to 2002, he held various positions at Beijing Li Ning Sports Goods Co., Ltd. (北京李寧體育用品有限公司) where he was responsible for its corporate planning, international business and financial control. Prior to joining the sportswear industry, he worked for the National Audit Office of the PRC (中國國家審計署). He has a Bachelor's degree in economics from Zhongshan University (中山大學) and an executive master's in business administration degree from Guanghua School of Management of Peking University (北京大學光華管理學院) in 2002.
Mr. Hon Ping Cho, Terence is the chief financial officer and a member of executive committee of the Company. Mr. Hon has over 25 years of experience in auditing, accounting, treasury and financial management fields. He holds a masters degree in Business Administration (Financial Services) from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Mr. Hon had been working in different listed companies. Prior to joining China Dongxiang, he was the Chief Financial Officer of K.Wah Construction Materials Limited, the subsidiary of Galaxy Entertainment Group Limited (Stock code: 0027), in charge of its finance, IT and legal functions. Besides, Mr. Hon had been working as the Finance Director of TOM Group Limited (Stock code: 2383) and worked with KPMG for more than 7 years.
Mr. Sun Jianjun graduated from Beijing Institute of Economy (北京經濟學院) (now known as Capital University of Economics and Business (首都經濟貿易大學)) with a Bachelor's degree in Economics in 1989, and he obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from China Europe International Business School. Prior to joining us, he worked for Beijing Shunmei Garment Co., Ltd. (北京順美服裝有限公司) as workshop supervisor, responsible for marketing and was then promoted to deputy head of finance. Also, he was marketing director of Beijing Li Ning Sports Goods Co., Ltd., (北京李寧體育用品有限公司) general manager of Shanghai Edo Sports Company Limited (上海一動體育有限公司) and executive director of Renhe Oriental Investment Company (仁和東方投資公司). He has 18 years of experience in relevant industry. He joined the Group in April 2008 and is head of Phenix Co., Ltd.
